Procrastination

     Procrastination is an uncommon word in English that means ' The act of delaying or postponing work or a task. Even if we use this word rarely while speaking or writing, we often do this thing daily in our life.

    



What are the things we used to Procrastinate Daily?
  •   Some Procrastinate to wake up
  •   Some Procrastinate to eat in time
  •   Some Procrastinate to complete the tasks given to them
  •   Some Procrastinate to Say Sorry
  Etc...

Why we Procrastinate?
    We often procrastinate due to our laziness, Sometimes it may be due to distractions. I had my own experience of procrastination due to distractions. When I am studying or writing something at the home at night, my mobile phone often blinks with notifications from WhatsApp, when I receive a notification I used to open Whatsapp and reply to the chat. You may have guessed right, the chat will continue for several minutes and thus it spoils my study mood. Later I Turned Off notifications on Whatsapp, thus I find a solution to my problem

What are the results of Procrastinating?
     Procrastination mostly results in negative things like Stress, Frustration, Depression, Guilt, etc.

Can Procrastination Be correct Somewhere?
       Yes. Procrastination can be correct in some Places. When we are being Procrastinated by some distractions, Conversely try to procrastinate the distractions. It will help you to complete your works on time. Thus it can reduce your stress.    

    Never Procrastinate your tasks, but procrastinate your distractions and Be the Best.
